body wash in a squeezy bottle next to some of the ingredients

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Liquid glycerine- Glycerin is one of the most effective moisturisers as it helps your skin absorb moisture from the air. The clear liquid acts as a humectant (a substance that retains or preserves moisture) that stops the water in your skin from getting evaporated.
  • 1 cup Distilled water- This can be bottled, filtered or even rain water. Try not to use tap water as this may have more bacteria that can reproduce in the mixture.
  • 15 drops Essential oil- I used sweet almond as i love the smell but you can use whatever scent you prefer. Make sure to do a skin test each time you try a new oil as you may have a reaction.
  • 1/4 cup Liquid/Castile soap- Castile soap is a concentrated vegetable-based soap made of ingredients you can actually pronounce. This soap is gentle on the skin and effective in the fight against dirt and unwanted germs.

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bottle and shake gently.

It may be helpful to use a squeezy bootle or dispenser for this body wash. Rub on skin to lather up the mixture.
Give it a lightshake before each use.
Use within a month.
